About - Frisco Troop 142!
Frisco Troop 142 is chartered by Water's Edge Lutheran Church which is located at 5475 Coit Road, Frisco, Texas 75035. Our troop is comprised of families from McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Allen, Prosper and other towns in the area.
Troop 142 generally meets three Mondays a month, 7pm, at Water's Edge Lutheran Church... We go camping or have an outdoor activity at least once a month. |

• Provide a top-quality, safe, fun, educational, BSA approved Boy-led Scout Program.
• Extend the program to as many youth as possible.
• Ensure the program has quality trained leaders.
• Ensure the program is delivered in a safe environment.
• Build relationships with community institutions.
• Attain certain goals and objectives in outreach and quality.
• Involve as many volunteers as possible for the total program.
• Serve the community.
• Secure a quality program through balanced activities.
• Finance the operation of Frisco Troop 142 and maintain accurate financial records.
• Engage an approved BSA trained adult leadership to give direction to the program.
• Ensure that all BSA policies and regulations are carried out.
• Assist every Boy Scout on the path to Eagle.
